Robert L. Herbage brings more than 30 years of design experience to the firm. His portfolio includes architecture, interior design, furniture design and cabinetry design for custom restaurant and national restaurant chains. In the years prior to establishing Hospitality Design Group, he was project designer on major hospitality projects including:

Director of Development Consulting. Responsible for strategic planning, concept development, menu and operations, training and development, and Marketing and promotion.
Chris Tripoli has 25 years of service in the Hospitality Industry as a designer, developer, owner and operator. He is President of the A’ La Carte Foodservice Consulting Group. Chris founded his own restaurant company, as well as opening many award winning restaurants. He brings to the company a history of outstanding consultant experience for many retail and hospitality industries.
